  • Manual and Time-Consuming Processes: The manual generation of schedules for revenue recognition over defined periods was labor-intensive and time-consuming.​
  • Lack of Standardization: The need to standardize the entire data pipeline, from data collection to output, across their clients and clients of clients.​
  • Consolidated View: The requirement for a consolidated view of key metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for efficient strategic and tactical decision-making.​

Solution​

To address the client’s challenges and streamline their data management, we devised a comprehensive solution:​

  • Cloud-Based Multi-Tenant Application: We developed a cloud-based multi-tenant application that efficiently served as the source and destination of the underlying data pipeline.​
  • Integration with Alteryx: The application seamlessly integrated with Alteryx, a data processing platform. We defined data processing logic to enable data input and consume the processed output.​
  • Executive Dashboard: The processed data output was presented on an executive dashboard, providing a consolidated view of essential metrics and KPIs critical for management decision-making.​
